Osco Mudjacking & Shotcreting
4174 - 95 street
Edmonton Alberta
Booth: 1810

Company Description:

Established in 1952, Osco offers both Cementitious Grout (Mud) AND Polyurethane Foam for lifting concrete and void filling underneath the slab. We lift Driveways, Sidewalks, Garage Slabs, and Patios that have become unsightly and /or dangerous.

Raising sunken concrete can not only help enhance your home's curb appeal and possibly increase value, but also reduce the risks of trips and falls, make snow shoveling easier and also reduce the risk water infiltration to basements.
Filling voids underneath concrete reduces the risk of concrete settlement or breaking, water infiltration and even animal infestation.

Osco also offers foundation crack repairs to help reduce the damage, future problems and expense they can bring.

For cracks experiencing water leakage, our Urethane Injection material is a quick and cost-effective way to remedy the leak itself immediately plus reduce the likelihood of future leaks from the crack.

For structural crack issues, Osco offers both Epoxy Injection and Carbon Fiber Strips for exceptional strength and reinforcement.

For Property Managers and Condominium complexes, we also can provide other services such as concrete removal and replacement and joint sealing. We are members of the Canadian Condominium Association, Alberta Residential Landlord Association, and BOMA.

Finally, in addition to decades of experience, Osco is also COR safety certified and insured for your peace of mind while working on your property.
